Job summary

Melbourne Symphony Orchestra is seeking a Stewardship and Reporting Coordinator to join its Development team. You will support donor stewardship, manage gift processing, and ensure accurate record-keeping to sustain fundraising income and relationships.

Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager, you will coordinate patron renewals, generate donor and funder reports, and contribute to reliable information systems that back MSO’s fundraising efforts across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating donor stewardship and reporting processes.
• Ability to handle gift processing and record-keeping with accuracy.
• Strong relationship-building skills for supporters and funders.
