Job summary

Melbourne Symphony Orchestra is seeking a Stewardship and Reporting Coordinator to join its Development team. You will support donor stewardship, manage gift processing, and ensure accurate record-keeping to sustain fundraising income and relationships.

Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager, you will coordinate patron renewals, generate donor and funder reports, and contribute to reliable information systems that back MSO’s fundraising efforts across multiple channels.

Qualifications

What We Offer

The Stewardship and Reporting Coordinator is an integral member of the Development team, supporting the delivery of the MSO’s fundraising program across donor stewardship, reporting, gift administration and Development data.

Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager, the role coordinates Patron renewals and supporter stewardship, donor and funder reporting, gift processing and accurate record-keeping, helping to ensure supporters are recognised appropriately, reporting commitments are met, and the Development team has the reliable information and processes needed to manage fundraising income and relationships effectively.
