Job summary

Sacred Heart Mission is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to deliver an ambitious new strategy aimed at reaching more people in more communities. You will work with the Head of Fundraising to manage direct appeals, donor acquisition campaigns, and the regular giving program to grow our individual giving revenue.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of multi-channel fundraising appeals and create experiences that inspire generosity and long-term donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering fundraising campaigns, including appeals and regular giving.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for donor-centred content.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement Sacred Heart Mission’s Individual Giving Strategy to meet income targets.
• Lead development of compelling appeals and donor campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create donor journeys that build trust and inspire long-term giving.
• Write and coordinate fundraising content to resonate with donors.
• Support donor acquisition, reactivation and upgrades, especially for regular giving.
