Aufgaben

• Responding to credit card and domestic travel helpdesk queries via email and phone.
• Providing basic Expense8 support i.e, assisting with travel and credit card acquittals and profile management.
• Providing advice from the department’s Domestic and International Travel Policies and Commonwealth Credit Cards Policy.
• Contributing to business planning and ongoing business improvements.
• Processing new credit card applications.
• Managing credit card accounts and making updates where required.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
• Maintaining traveller profiles.
• Producing and analysing regular and ad-hoc reports.
