Silverchain is seeking Domestic Assistants for Boulder, WA, in a casual role primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9.30am–4.30pm. You will travel between clients’ homes to provide housekeeping, meal prep and social support, using a mobile app and care plan.

A reliable vehicle and independent work style are essential. The role offers $43.03 per hour (including 25% casual loading) plus super, travel allowance, and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months domestic/industrial cleaning experience.
• A valid Driver's License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously in the community, travelling between homes via a digital schedule and care plan.

We’re recruiting Domestic Assistants for a casual role, mainly needed Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm.

Applicants must live in Binduli, Boulder, Broadwood, Brown Hill, Coolgardie, Hannans, Kalgoorlie, Kambalda East, Kambalda West, Kanowna, Kurnalpi, Lakewood, Lamington, Mullingar, Parkeston, Piccadilly, Somerville, South Boulder, South Kalgoorlie, Victory Heights, West Kalgoorlie, West Lamington, Williamstown.

Domestic Assistants support clients to maintain independence by providing domestic assistance, general housekeeping, meal preparation and social support. The role involves travelling between clients’ homes, following a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app, so a reliable vehicle and ability to work autonomously are essential.

What we’re looking for

• 3-6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience.

• Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.

• Follow a predetermined schedule while travelling between clients’ homes.

• Maintain unrestricted access to a reliable vehicle for travel between visits.
