Job summary

Ocean Grove Bowling Club is seeking a reliable, hands-on person to assist in keeping the Dome, synthetic bowling greens and surrounds clean and well-presented. You will perform cleaning, litter removal, and general upkeep to support a vibrant sporting venue.

The role is casual with 15-20 hours per week, mainly early mornings. Additional hours may be available around major events and club functions, offering flexibility and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and physically capable.
• Willingness to work early mornings and casual hours.
• Able to assist with event setup and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and presenting both synthetic greens and surrounds.
• Removing litter, leaves, bird droppings and debris.
• Cleaning ditches, banks, walkways and seating areas.
• Setting up and moving seating or equipment when required.
• Reporting hazards, damage or maintenance issues.
• Assisting with general presentation and event setup.

About the role

and upkeep of our Dome, synthetic bowling greens and surrounding areas.

• Cleaning and presenting both synthetic greens and surrounds.
• Removing litter, leaves, bird droppings and debris.
• Cleaning ditches, banks, walkways and seating areas.
• Setting up and moving seating or equipment when required.
• Reporting hazards, damage or maintenance issues.
• Assisting with general presentation and event setup.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, physically capable and takes pride in keeping facilities looking

their best.

This is a casual role with approximately 15-20 hours per week, mainly in the early mornings.

Additional hours may be available in the lead‑up to major bowls events, tournaments and Club functions.
