Job summary

Celotti Workforce currently seeks an experienced Dogman/Labourer for ongoing civil construction work in the Rockhampton region. You will perform dogging duties, assist with lifting, slinging loads and general labouring tasks on site, while adhering to crane safety and site procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a DG High Risk Licence, White Card and a valid driver's licence, with prior crane experience and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

Valid DG High Risk Work Licence (Dogman) is mandatory.
White Card (Construction Induction Card) is required.
Experience as a Dogman/Labourer on civil, construction or mining projects.
Crane lifts, slinging and directing loads experience.
Clean safety record and commitment to site procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform dogging duties including directing crane operators and safely securing, slinging and guiding loads.
Assist with lifting and moving materials and equipment around site.
Undertake general labouring duties across civil construction projects.
Assist site crews with day-to-day construction activities as required.
Work safely around cranes, excavations, trenches and other active work areas.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all site safety procedures and requirements.
Complete relevant documentation and report any safety or site issues.
