Responsibilities

• Operate a rear-mount 8-wheel crane truck – Fuso Automatic.
• Transport trench shoring equipment to sites across SEQ.
• Load and unload equipment.
• Perform dogging and basic rigging duties.
• Assist with on-site trench shoring installation.
• Carry out yard-based duties when required.
• Ensure loads are safely secured and transported.

CRANE TRUCK DRIVER / DOGMAN – RIGGING | ORMEAU

We are currently seeking an experienced Crane Truck Driver / Dogman to join a busy operation based in Ormeau, servicing construction sites across South East Queensland.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent Monday–Friday work, with plenty of overtime available and the potential for permanent placement down the track.

Immediate Start | $50/hr + OT | Monday–Friday | No Weekend Work

The Role

• Operating a rear-mount 8-wheel crane truck – Fuso Automatic

• Transporting trench shoring equipment from the Ormeau yard to construction sites across SEQ

• Loading and unloading equipment

• Dogging and basic rigging duties

• Occasionally assisting with installation of trench shoring on site

• Yard-based duties when required

• Ensuring loads are safely secured and transported

What You Need

Previous crane truck / transport experience preferred
Good attitude and strong commitment to safety
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Hours

Monday – Friday
🕡 6:30am – 3:30pm
38-hour standard week
Overtime opportunities available
🚫 No weekend work

💰 Pay Rates

$50/hr – Ordinary Time
$68/hr – OT1
$78/hr – OT2

Location

📍 Ormeau yard
Work will involve travel to construction sites throughout South East Queensland.
