GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team in Ascot or Brisbane. You will manage and distribute project deliverables, maintain the document management system, and support project teams to ensure records are accurate and accessible.
The role requires at least 3 years in document control within an engineering consultancy, a strong eye for detail, and proficiency in electronic DMS tools such as QDMS, Aconex or InEight.

We are on the lookout for experienced Document Controllers to join our team located in either Ascot or Brisbane to work on a number of exciting projects – You will oversee the maintenance and distribution of project deliverables, ensuring the records are stored accurately and safely as well as maintaining our document management system efficiently.
