Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a casual team member to support vessel cargo operations in Geelong. You will oversee loading onboard during operations, liaise with management and stakeholders, and help ensure safe, productive outcomes.

We offer above award pay rates with penalties and allowances. MSIC and a valid driver’s license are required, and you must commit to rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. Join a privately owned company that values its people.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team.
• Experience in Bulk Handling desirable.
• Pro-active approach to work regarding Planning and problem solving.
• MSIC or ability to obtain an MSIC.
• Hold a current and valid driver’s licence.
• Team Player and safety-conscious.
• Ability to commit to rotating shifts on a 24/7 basis including weekends/public holidays.
