Synergie on the Gold Coast is seeking reliable Dockhands for a busy freight operation in Arundel. The role is physically demanding, hands-on, with guaranteed weekday shifts and consistent hours, plus overtime potential and a clear path to permanency.

You’ll unload parcels, place freight on conveyors, scan and sort in a high-volume environment, rotating duties as trained. Applicants must be physically fit, reliable, and have full working rights in Australia.

We’re currently looking for reliable Dockhands to join a busy freight and logistics operation based in Arundel. This is a physically demanding, hands‑on role in a fast-paced warehouse with consistent, ongoing hours.

• Great for previous container crew workers or staff with physical backgrounds in sport or labouring
• Pay $40.60per hour, additional penaltiesdepending on shift
• AM Shift6am - 6:30am starts / PM Shift2pm starts
• Guaranteed Monday to Friday shifts, with 6 - 8hours per day (Hours are determined by daily freight levels)
• High potential for overtime during peak periods
• Weekly rosters

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Unloading parcels (1kg–30kg) from Trailers individually
• Placing freight onto conveyor belts for sorting
• Scanning, sorting, stacking, and wrapping freight
• Working in a repetitive, high-volume environment
• Maintaining a steady pace to meet daily targets
• Rotating across different warehouse duties once trained
