Job summary

Synergie Group is seeking reliable Dockhands for a busy freight and logistics operation in Arundel. This physically demanding role offers Monday to Friday work with 6–8 hour shifts, weekly pay, and potential overtime during peaks.

Unloading parcels, sorting freight on conveyors, scanning and wrapping items, and rotating duties are part of the day-to-day. Strong reliability, fitness for repetitive tasks, and Australian working rights are required.

Responsibilities

• Unloading parcels (1kg-30kg) from Trailers individually.
• Placing freight onto conveyor belts for sorting.
• Scanning, sorting, stacking, and wrapping freight.
• Working in a repetitive, high-volume environment.
• Maintaining a steady pace to meet daily targets.
• Rotating across different warehouse duties once trained.

We're currently looking for reliable Dockhands to join a busy freight and logistics operation based in Arundel. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse with consistent, ongoing hours.

• Great for previous container crew workers or staff with physical backgrounds in sport or labouring
• Pay $40.60per hour, additional penaltiesdepending on shift
• AM Shift6am - 6:30am starts / PM Shift2pm starts
• Guaranteed Monday to Friday shifts, with 6 - 8hours per day (Hours are determined by daily freight levels)
• High potential for overtime during peak periods
• Weekly rosters
