IBAC is seeking a Divisional Coordinator to provide high-level executive and coordination support within a confidential environment in Melbourne. The role reports to the Executive Director – Corporate Services and leads key strategic plans such as GEAP and RAP.
The successful candidate will bring strong report writing, communication and multi-tasking abilities, delivering precise, timely work while supporting diverse projects and priorities across Corporate Services.
We have an opportunity for an individual to join our Corporate Services team as a Divisional Coordinator on a full-time, ongoing basis. Reporting to the Executive Director – Corporate Services, the role provides high level executive and coordination support within a complex and confidential environment. It takes a lead role in the coordination of IBAC's Gender Equality Action Plan and Reconciliation Action Plan, and contributes to other projects, activities and initiatives as required.
