• Build profile and market awareness of RH HR recruitment across Sydney and NSW
• Grow the HR recruitment business across divisions and manage Consultants
• Ensure Salesforce records and monthly/weekly reporting are maintained
• Lead, train and develop staff to improve productivity and margins
• Coordinate with clients and candidates to align expectations and outcomes
