Job summary

We offer salaries around 2% above the NSW Department of Education, with collaborative planning time, staff development days, and wellbeing support. Applicants with a four-year training qualification or who are enrolling to complete one

Qualifications

• Be a highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner with demonstrated experience in a secondary school setting.
• Knowledge of DDA and Disability Standards for Education.
• Knowledge of NCCD processes and obligations.
• Ability to develop, implement and monitor individual learning plans for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Support the vision, purpose and values of Catholic Schools Broken Bay.
• Embed innovative pedagogical practices including digital technology.
• Manage safe and supportive learning environments and student welfare.
• Collaborate within a diverse learning team and professional learning community.
• Contribute to co-curricular activities and initiatives.
