Job summary

Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Victoria is seeking an entry-level all-rounder to join our busy administration team. You will provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders while supporting general office tasks and inventory management.

We are happy to consider applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time (2 or 3 days a week) employment.Key responsibilities include:Providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.General administrative and office support duties.Preparing documents including letters, memos, reports, presentations, minutes and briefing notes.Minute taking, diary management and meeting coordination.Coordinating meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, venue bookings and catering requirements.Records administration and data entry.Database and systems coordination.Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and coordinate purchasing requirements.Maintaining and updating stores and financial information within CFA systems including SAP and RMS.Accounts payable administration.Stores duties inclusive of stock management, lifting >15kg, receipting incoming goods, picking and packing outgoing items, labelling & tracking.Building effective working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.Participating in Incident Management support roles appropriate to experience and qualifications.Warehouse and logistics including PPC/E management, order collation dispatch and repairs.About YouYou are enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and be comfortable managing a variety of tasks.Previous administration experience is desirable, and experience with stores, warehousing or inventory management functions would be highly regarded.
