Central Highlands Rural Health is hiring a District Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join Macedon Ranges Community Nursing. You will provide comprehensive nursing care in clients\' homes and community settings, delivering person-centred care while working autonomously with the support of an experienced team.

You will work across CHSP, HACC-PYP, DVA, Transitional Care Program (TCP) and Support at Home, promoting health, wellbeing and independence for clients to live safely at home.

District Nurse (Registered Nurse) - Macedon Ranges Community Nursing

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our growing District Nursing Service. This is an opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, supporting our community to remain healthy, anjd living independently and safely in their own homes.

As a District Nurse, you will work autonomously while being supported by an experienced team. You will manage a diverse caseload across a range of community programs, delivering person-centred care to clients.
