Job summary

Queensland Corrective Services – Buderim QLD is seeking backfill District Manager (AO8) opportunities within Community Corrections. You will supervise staff, oversee district office case management, and contribute to the strategic direction of the Probation and Parole Service in Queensland.

As a Team Leader under the Leadership Competencies, you will demonstrate senior leadership, stakeholder liaison, and governance oversight while coordinating resources across Maroochydore and Caboolture

Qualifications

Experience leading teams in high-demand environments.
Background in case management and supervision practices.
Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to engage with community groups and external service providers.
Experience interpreting legislation and policy in operational settings.
Knowledge of governance, risk management and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

Manage staff and oversee case management activities in a District Office.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the Probation and Parole Service in Queensland.
Lead governance and oversight systems; monitor budgets and performance.
