Qualifications

• Experience working within a legislative framework underpinning a core service delivery area.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently with professional discretion, reasoning, judgement and decision making prior to management validation.
• Experience fostering new relationships with positive reinforcement showing relationships developed.
• Professional communication with colleagues, management and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to embrace diversity and maximise workforce differences.
• Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) completed within 12 months; certification within 18 months if employed permanently or temporarily.
• Travel on official business may be required; possession of a C class licence may be mandatory in some locations.
• Occasional hours outside normal work hours and work from alternate locations may be required.
