You will lead SFM delivery across the Wellington district, plan works programs, monitor operations and liaise with communities and stakeholders to protect forest values.

Requires strong leadership, budgeting and reporting skills, plus experience coordinating staff and contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering Sustainable Forest Management services including planning, monitoring and reporting.
• Proven ability to liaise with external organisations and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and management of staff, contractors and volunteers.
• Experience in administration and financial management within budget constraints.

• Leads and coordinates the delivery of Sustainable Forest Management services in the Wellington district.
• Plans and implements SFM works programs in line with service objectives.
• Monitors operations on State Forest and timber reserves.
• Liaises with the community, stakeholders and specialist groups.
• Leads others to drive positive change.
