APG Workforce is seeking process workers for distribution and forklift drivers for Geelong, Breakwater. Roles are casual with fulltime hours and multiple shifts—day, afternoon and night. You will be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing or FMCG warehouse.

Key duties include picking/packing, loading/unloading, stock checks, RF scanning, and stock rotation. A strong safety focus and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and enthusiastic.
• Safety, quality and hygiene compliance is essential.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders.
• Load and unload cartons, crates and pallets from conveyors.
• Palletise products for cold storage and distribution.
• Check stock against orders and record stock movements.
• Operate RF scanning guns and warehouse inventory systems.
• Conduct stock counts and reconcile inventory.
• Perform stock rotation and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow health, safety, quality and hygiene procedures.

Job description

Our client, one of the leading providers for the fresh poultry industry in Australia, is seeking process workers for Distribution and forklift drivers for upcoming casual positions with fulltime hours, located in Breakwater, Geelong.

We have both day, afternoon and night shift available.

To be considered for this role you must be reliable and enthusiastic.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Picking and packing orders.
• Loading and unloading cartons, crates, and pallets from conveyors.
• Palletising products for cold storage and distribution.
• Checking stock against order documentation and recording stock movements accurately.
• Operating RF scanning guns and warehouse inventory management systems.
• Conducting stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Performing stock rotation and replenishment.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Following all workplace health, safety, quality, and hygiene procedures.
• $35.60 per hour + allowances + super

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely.
• Be highly focussed on safety, quality & hygiene compliance.
• Medium to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Proven work history in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
• Forklift licence – not essential but highly desirable.
• Experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment is advantageous but not required
