Intellergy is seeking experienced Distribution Powerline Workers for roles based in Vineyard, NSW, working across Western Sydney on overhead and underground distribution assets. You will join a skilled field crew responsible for construction, maintenance and upgrades to keep communities connected and powered.

Successful candidates will hold a Certificate III in ESI Distribution Overhead (or equivalent), have relevant authorisations, and a HR licence is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Perform pole replacements, crossarm changes, conductor stringing and transformer/switchgear installation.
• Operate plant, equipment and specialised linework tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret network plans, drawings and work instructions.
• Complete job documentation and safety records accurately.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, crew members, network operators and customers.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated Distribution Powerline Workers to join our team based in Vineyard, NSW. Working across Western Sydney, you will play a key role in the construction, maintenance and upgrading of overhead and underground distribution assets that keep communities connected and powered.

About the Role

Working as part of a skilled field crew, you will be involved in a variety of distribution network projects, including pole and line construction, asset maintenance and defect rectification.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pole replacements, crossarm changes, conductor stringing and transformer/switchgear installation.
• Operate plant, equipment and specialised linework tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret network plans, drawings and work instructions.
• Complete job documentation and safety records accurately.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, crew members, network operators and customers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Certificate III in ESI Distribution Overhead (or equivalent).
• Current industry authorisations and competencies relevant to distribution linework.
• Current driver's licence (HR licence highly regarded).
• Experience working on electricity distribution networks.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and risk management.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to participate in after-hours and emergency response work when required.

Desirable Qualifications

• EWP, Dogging, Rigging or Crane tickets.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Construction White Card.
• Experience working within Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy or Essential Energy networks.
