Our Distribution Services team is responsible for maintaining and constructing SA Power Networks distribution assets – both overhead and underground on low voltage, 11kV and 33kV lines (poles, wires, transformers, high voltage switches etc.). This includes live low voltage maintenance and construction, high voltage switching and live line tree trimming, as well as project work such as conductor replacement, new line builds, and new transformers. Due to the ongoing growth of our Distribution Services team, we have multiple permanent Powerline Crew Leader positions available at both the Ferryden Park and St Marys depots.
Day to day you will:
The standard fortnight is 72hrs, with 1 rostered day off per fortnight. You will be required to work overtime from time to time (all overtime paid at double time) and perform availability duties. The majority of work is in the Adelaide area, but there will be requirements to work away from home occasionally (travel / living away from home allowance applies).
