Syscon Pte. Ltd. on the Central Coast, NSW, is hiring a Distribution Lineworker for a full-time role. You will join a professional crew delivering overhead and underground powerline projects, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has Certificate III in ESI – Powerline Distribution, White Card, WP licence, MR licence, and at least two years’ hands-on experience. You’ll work across diverse projects, with training and career growth supported by Syscon.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in ESI – Powerline Distribution required.
• White Card (SafeWork NSW Construction Induction) required.
• High-Risk Work Licence – WP (Work Platform) required.
• MR Class Driver Licence (clean driving record preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned works as directed by the Project Manager.
• Construct and maintain overhead and/or underground powerline systems.
• Operate safely and in line with industry regulations and electrical safety standards.
• Adapt to all forms of line construction and field activities.
• Contribute to a positive, safety-first team culture.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Distribution Lineworker to join our Central Coast-based team on a full-time basis. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, professional crew delivering critical overhead and underground infrastructure projects that keep our communities connected.
