CitiPower and Powercor are hiring a Lineworker – Distribution in Echuca, Victoria. You will join a field-based team responsible for construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of distribution networks, ensuring safe and reliable supply.

The role involves working in various environments, potential rostered after-hours faults, and requires relevant licences and pre-employment checks. Salary is set under the enterprise agreement with plus super and allowances.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead.
• ESV licence as Lineworker or eligible.
• HR Heavy Vehicle Licence (HR) mandatory.
• High Voltage Operating training/authority mandatory.
• Pre-employment medical including hearing test, colour vision and physical exam; drug/alcohol testing; entitlement to work in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Construct, commission, operate and maintain overhead and underground transmission/distribution systems.
• Operate plant, tools and equipment for distribution systems.
• Locate and rectify faults; install and maintain metering at customer premises.
• Install and maintain overhead and underground services.
• Prioritise work and manage time to meet client appointments.
