Job summary

Star Discount Chemist Narangba is seeking a Dispense Technician to join our team, offering Full time or Part time roles. You will support pharmacists, process prescriptions efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking. Pharmacy experience or a progression path from Pharmacy Assistant is preferred, with attention to detail and teamwork.

About the Role

In this role, you will support our pharmacists and help ensure prescriptions are processed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions
• Packing Dose Administration Aids (Webster packs)
• Providing product knowledge and assisting with customer enquiries
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Processing orders and managing dispensary stock

About You

Highly Regarded

• Previous experience as a Dispense Technician or Webster Packer (preferred)
• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy
• S2/S3 Certificate
• Experience using MINFOS
