Blooms The Chemist Maitland is seeking an EXPERIENCED Dispensary Technician for 4 or 5 days per week to support dispensing medications and help customers at the counter in a busy community pharmacy. The role requires attention to detail, good organisation, and a customer‑focused approach.

Experience as a Dispensary Technician in community or hospital pharmacy is preferred, with relevant certificates welcomed. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate dispensing skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with good communication at counter.
• Dispensary Technician experience in community or hospital pharmacy; internship considered.

Responsabilités

• Dispensing medications accurately.
• Serving customers at the medication counter.
• Assisting the pharmacist with information and service.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the dispensary, S3, and medication area.

Blooms The Chemist Maitland are seeking an EXPERIENCED Dispensary Technician for 4 or 5 days a week.

Your role will focus on:

• Dispensing medications
• Serving customers on med counter
• Actively assisting the pharmacist to provide service and product information
• Organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary, S3, and medication area

We are looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented
• Organised
• Customer focused
• Experienced as a Dispensary Technician in community or hospital pharmacy (we would also consider a pharmacy intern)
• Qualified in Certificate III in Community Pharmacy (preferred)
• Have a current S2/S3 Certificate as provided by the Pharmacy Guild (preferred)
• Prepared to work 1 weekend day
