• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Dispatch, logistics or warehouse administration experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound product movements.
• Manage customer orders through the ABC software system.
• Prepare dispatch paperwork and pallet transfer documentation.
• Liaise with customers, transport providers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate stock movement records.
• Participate in stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
• Manage CHEP and Viscount pallet accounts.
• Prepare horticultural transfer documentation.
• Assist with customer enquiries and order issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across dispatch operations.
