Knowledge of the Information Security Manual (ISM) is desirable and can be developed in the role. Your strong communication skills will support the delivery of key information in management meetings, as well as clearly conveying complex security requirements to employees, including newly onboarded or security-cleared personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a robust compliance framework aligned with PSPF, DSPF, and ISM
  • Oversee and manage security incidents, including investigation, reporting, and remediation
  • Manage personnel security processes, including monitoring clearance status and onboarding briefings
  • Maintain security documentation, and support audit readiness
  • Act as the primary liaison with relevant government security stakeholders
  • Support internal and external audits and assurance activities
  • Promote a strong security culture across the organisation
