AirTrunk, Australia’s leading hyperscale data centre company, invites applications for a Security Government Risk & Compliance Manager based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will report to the Security Operations Senior Manager and partner across the APAC region to embed secure practices and regulatory alignment.

You will lead DISP activities, align with PSPF, DSPF and HCF, conduct risk assessments, audits, and policy development, and mentor security teams while travel across Australia as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in protective security or government risk roles in regulated environments.
• Current NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain it.
• Experience as DISP Security Officer or capable of acting as one.
• Knowledge of PSPF, DSPF, and HCF frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop security policies and governance docs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to travel across Australia.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary Security Officer for the DISP, ensuring membership and reporting obligations.
• Interpret and maintain compliance with Australian security frameworks (PSPF, DSPF, SOCI, HCF).
• Lead security threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments across sites.
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for government-facing operations.
• Conduct security audits and assurance activities against standards including testing programs.
• Develop, review, and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and training materials.
• Design and deliver security awareness and training; mentor security teams.
• Support internal and external audits, certifications, and inspections with documentation.
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders to document government security requirements.
• Monitor policy changes and translate into actionable outcomes.
