Job summary

H1 Group is seeking Disability Support Workers in Mackay to provide high-quality direct care to clients living at home or in group homes. You’ll support daily living activities, manage medications, and assist with community access while maintaining safe, compassionate care.

The role requires awareness of behaviors of concern, strong communication with families, and reliable, proactiveShift work with flexible roster options.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Able to pick up three shifts per week on an ongoing basis.
• Manual handling and medication administration experience.
• Bowel and catheter care experience.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and current Police Check.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required.
• Full clean VIC driver's license.
• Experience with BOC.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive.

As a Disability Support Worker at H1 Group you will be responsible for providing high- quality direct care to our clients living at home/group homes with various disabilities.
