QSSS Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker for a female client in Brassall. The role includes supporting her with community access, domestic tasks, and meal preparation, with shifts across mornings and late afternoons.

You will work with a warm client who enjoys activities in the community and values independence. Ideal candidates hold CPR/First Aid, NDIS screening, and Blue Card or willingness to obtain them; a Certificate III in disability or similar is preferred.

Above Fair Work Award at: Weekday $37.35, Evening $40.11, Night $41.20, Saturday $50.96, Sunday $65.59, Public Holidays $80.01

We are seeking dedicated, mature, compassionate and easy-going Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide Support to our Female Client located in Brassall.

Our female Client is a warm and positive individual who enjoys life with an easy-going attitude. She values independence and is looking for a support worker who can complement her lifestyle and personality. Someone who is comfortable around her pets and up for fun activities in the community!

In this role you will Support her with community access, domestic assistance around the home and meal preparation.

Shifts Available:

Monday to Sunday's 8:00am to 1:00pm.

Monday to Sunday 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

We are looking for someone with availability across varies days, and someone who is comfortable to support when urgent shifts arise.

What You’ll Need:

A valid driver’s license.

A friendly and respectful attitude.

Ability to follow instructions and support independent living.

We also support our staff through our EAP service which offers 4 x free counselling sessions whererequired, as well as discounted physiotherapy sessions at select physio practices while also having theassurance of consistency ofClientsyou support. You have a comprehensive suite ofonline learning to support you and face to face learnings.

To be Successful you must…
