Job summary

Focus Care Australia is seeking caring Disability Support Workers to join our team across all Sydney regions. You’ll build genuine connections with participants, providing personal care, transport, and social support during visits to homes in Strathfield/Ashfield, Mascot/Kogarah, Bankstown/Punchbowl, CBD, and Liverpool/Campbelltown.

We offer flexible shifts, opportunities for longer hours, weekend and overnight availability, and a supportive team environment to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability to work at least 12 hours per week
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to assist with personal care, transport, community access and social support

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, transport, community access, domestic assistance and social support to participants
• Travel to participants' homes across Sydney regions

Disability Support Workers - All Sydney Regions

At Focus Care, we're seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections, get to know the people you support, and make a positive impact in their everyday lives.

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for participants throughout all regions in Sydney including:

• Strathfield/Ashfield
• Mascot/Kogarah
• Bankstown/Punchbowl
• CBD
• Liverpool/Campbelltown

Our services runMonday to Sunday, making this role a great fit for experienced Support Workers, nursing students, allied health students, or anyone passionate about helping others live independently. Longer hours, weekend shifts and overnight shifts are available.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and is committed to providing high-quality support.

To join our team, you'll need:

• A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability to work at least 12 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
• A willingness to assist with personal care, transport, community access, domestic assistance and social support
• The ability to travel to participants' homes
