Job summary

AvisCare is seeking dedicated Support Workers and Team Leads to join our growing team across permanent, part-time and casual roles in Shoalhaven Heads, Nowra and Budgong.

You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to people living with disability, helping them live independently and participate in the community; flexibility for ongoing shifts and multi-client settings is essential.

Your Role

Requirements

We welcome candidates who already hold the following, or are willing to obtain them:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Police Clearance
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Manual Handling training (desirable)
• Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or similar (desirable)
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Full working rights in Australia
