Job summary

Kirinari Disability Services in Dubbo, NSW seeks compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team. You will support people with disability to build independence, develop daily living skills, and participate in community activities with choice and control.

We welcome applicants with a positive attitude; NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain) and NSW Working with Children Check are required. Sleepover shifts and weekend availability are essential.

About the Role

You’ll support people with disability to build independence, develop daily living skills, achieve personal goals, access their community and live a meaningful life with choice and control.

• Availability to work sleepover shifts and weekends are essential
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• NSW Working with Children Check
• Experience is valued but not essential. We welcome applicants who bring compassion, a positive attitude, reliability and a genuine passion for supporting others, training and support will be provided
