Kirinari Community Services Ltd. in Dubbo, NSW, is hiring compassionate Disability Support Workers for permanent part-time roles. You will support people with disability to build independence, daily living skills, and community participation in a person-centred service.

Essential: availability for sleepover shifts and weekends, a valid Australian driver licence, NSW Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain). Training and support provided to help you grow.

We’re looking for compassionate, motivated and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Dubbo NSW.

Multiple permanent part-time positions 30–50+ hours per fortnight.

About the Role

You’ll support people with disability to build independence, develop daily living skills, achieve personal goals, access their community and live a meaningful life with choice and control.

Essential Requirements

• Availability to work sleepover shifts and weekends are essential
• Current Australian driver licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• NSW Working with Children Check
• Current Australian working rights
• Experience is valued but not essential. We welcome applicants who bring compassion, a positive attitude, reliability and a genuine passion for supporting others, training and support will be provided
