Kirinari Disability Services in Gladstone, QLD is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping participants live the life they choose.

You will work within a therapeutic support model focusing on strengths-based practice, choice and self-determination, with outcomes measured by participants' progress and independence. This role offers flexible rosters and opportunities for professional development.
