Job summary

Kirinari Community Services Ltd in Bathurst NSW is hiring compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. This permanent part-time position offers 40–50+ hours per fortnight and includes sleepovers and weekend shifts.

We welcome both experienced workers and those starting a rewarding career in disability support. You will help people with disability build independence, develop daily living skills, access their community and live with choice and control, in a person-centred

Qualifications

• Availability to work sleepover shifts and weekends.
• Current Australian driver licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current Australian working rights.
• Experience is valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support people with disability to build independence and daily living skills.
• Assist with community access and meaningful activities.
• Provide person-centred support and build relationships with individuals and families.

About the Role

You’ll support people with disability to build independence, develop daily living skills, achieve personal goals, access their community and live a meaningful life with choice and control.

Essential Requirements

• Availability to work sleepover shifts and weekends are essential
• Current Australian driver licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• NSW Working with Children Check
• Current Australian working rights
