Job summary

Kirinari Disability Services – Katoomba NSW is seeking Christmas Casual Disability Support Workers to help empower participants in a therapeutic supports model. You will focus on building meaningful relationships, supporting independence and helping participants achieve their goals.

The role emphasizes strengths-based practice, choice, and community participation, with flexible rosters and regular coaching to develop skills and confidence.

CHRISTMAS CASUAL POSITIONS

At Kirinari, we deliver person-centred, therapeutic supports that empower people with disability to live the life they choose.

We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current Driver Licence
