Endeavour Foundation in Thomastown, Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to deliver person-centred support within our Learning Day Program and Community Access teams.

You will empower people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection, working within a supportive team that cares about the people we support and about each other, with a focus on compassionate, reliable service.

• Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Available to work a range of casual shifts.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) advantageous but not required.

Job description

As a Disability Support Worker, working within Learning Day Program & Community Access, you'll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection. What we're looking for

You will be required to hold or willing to obtain

• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
