Job summary

Quilly is seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers for sleepover shifts on the Gold Coast, including Upper Coomera, Coomera and Pimpima. You will provide person-centered, overnight support to participants in their homes, helping them achieve daily goals with compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Caring, empathetic and patient personality.
• Availability for sleepover shifts.
• Current Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR qualifications.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
• Basic computer skills for documenting shift notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight sleepover support in participants' homes.
• Offer personal care and daily living assistance.
• Provide medication support and monitoring.
• Deliver emotional and wellbeing support.
• Document shift notes and incident reports.

About the Role

This position is specifically for sleepover shifts, providing overnight support to participants in their homes.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals living with a disability, helping them achieve their goals at home . You will assist with:

• Personal care and daily living tasks

• Medication support

• Emotional and wellbeing support

• Overnight support during sleepover shifts (active support if required)

We have positions available across the Gold Coast, including roles in Upper Coomera, Coomera and Pimpama.
