Job summary

Scope is one of the largest not-for-profit disability service providers in Australia, seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to participants with complex mental health and physical needs across Mittagong, Bowral, and Moss Vale Day Program.

The role offers casual pay rates from $45.28 per hour plus penalties, salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support is preferred.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites (Mittagong, Bowral, Moss Vale).
• Must have NSW P2 Driver Licence or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide extensive personal care and high care supports.
• Assist with mealtime, mobility, showering and daily living tasks.
• Maintain participant dignity and report accurately in required systems.
