Job summary

Confeeki Care PTY LTD in Sydney is seeking a reliable Disability Support Worker to join our casual team. You will assist participants with daily living, personal care, community access and transport, and support routines and independence across SIL, respite and community settings.

We welcome staff with a general understanding of disability support, a current First Aid/CPR, a valid driver's license, and WWC where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support or strong understanding of the role.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check completed.
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Working With Children Check where applicable.
• Ability to stay calm and follow support strategies in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn participant-specific training.
• Ability to work sleepovers, weekends and flexible shifts.
• Reliable and committed to consistent ongoing shifts.

Disability Support Worker – SIL & Community Support

Confeeki Care is a family-run, NDIS registered provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across Sydney. Built on strong values, high standards and genuine care for both participants and staff, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive team culture with strong leadership, accountability and hands-on support.

Led by hands-on directors Connor and Phoebe, we are looking for reliable, confident and proactive Disability Support Workers to join our team.

This role involves supporting participants with daily living, personal care, community access, behavioural support and building independence across SIL, respite and community-based environments.

We support participants with a range of complex needs, including Behaviour Support Plans and behaviours of concern, so we are looking for staff who are calm under pressure, professional, emotionally regulated and confident following established support strategies.

We are not necessarily looking for the most experienced person in the industry. We are looking for people who already have a general understanding of disability support work, understand the responsibility that comes with the role and are willing to learn participant-specific routines and support strategies.

This is a casual role with consistent ongoing shifts and regular roster structure. For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities to transition into permanent part-time employment.
