Disability Support Agency in Victoria is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred care to clients with physical, intellectual and psychosocial disabilities. The role is casual but permanent, focusing on helping clients live independently and achieve personal goals.

You will work closely with clients, families and health professionals to develop and implement personalised support plans, assist with daily living tasks, accompany to appointments and events, and

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates studying towards their Certificate are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with people with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• A commitment to dignity, respect and empowerment.
• Australian citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply.
• A valid NDIS Worker Check is required.
