Job summary

Southern Cross Community Healthcare is hiring a Disability Support Worker for Mossman, QLD. You will assist participants in their own homes, support independence, and help with personal care, daily activities, meal prep, and transport in a group-home setting.

Shifts include 0700–1500 and 1500–2300 with weekend and overnight flexibility. Applicants should have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging/Disability) or equivalent and be willing to obtain NDIS clearance, First Aid, WWCC.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/ Disability) or equivalent.
• NDIS worker clearance or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current references.
