Job summary

YellowBridge QLD Ltd. Toowoomba region is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to deliver high-quality support to people with disabilities at home and in the community. The role requires flexibility, independence, and a compassionate approach to help clients reach daily goals.

You will work within our Disability Team, collaborate with diverse colleagues, maintain accurate service records, and adhere to WHS standards. Availability for evenings, weekends and sleepovers is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
• Preferably 12 months experience supporting clients with complex behaviours.
• Strong English communication and high interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multifunctional team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of support to people with a disability in home and community.
• Assist with daily living tasks and help clients achieve short and long-term goals.
• Maintain records of service delivery and adhere to WHS standards.
