Job summary

QSSS Pty Ltd is seeking Disability Support Workers for a female-only client in Southport. The role covers community access, domestic assistance and meal preparation, with shifts including Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

The position offers supportive training, access to EAP services and discounts on physiotherapy. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, a friendly attitude, and a commitment to enabling independence and quality of life for clients.

Qualifications

• CPR and first aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain).
• Blue card or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the client with community access, domestic assistance around the home and meal preparation.
• Provide supportive care in line with NDIS goals and individual plans.
• Maintain safety and compliance in all activities.
