SDA Global Group is seeking reliable Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred care in clients' homes across Logan, Ipswich and Brisbane North. Roles require confidence in complex support environments, delivering personal care and following individual support plans.

Essential requirements include a current drivers license, own reliable vehicle, First Aid/CPR, Blue/Yellow Card, and availability on weekdays and weekends. Training can be provided for placement-specific needs.

Qualifications

• Current drivers license is required.
• Own reliable vehicle with insurance is essential.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Current Blue Card and Yellow Card.
• Availability to work across weekdays and weekends.
• Excellent communication, reliability and professionalism in client care.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centred support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Follow individual support plans and safe work procedures.
• Support clients in complex care environments and with behaviours as placements require.
