Job summary

Rocky Bay Limited is seeking experienced Support Workers for our East Victoria Park and Gosnells Supported Accommodation teams. These permanent part-time roles include a Sunday–Saturday roster with flexible shifts, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex needs.

You will assist with personal care, medications and complex tasks in a high-care setting, promoting independence and community participation while adhering to individual care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with disability and complex needs in a high-care setting.
• Ability to perform PEG feeding, hoisting, manual handling and administer medications as per care plans.
• Strong communication, teamwork and flexible approach to shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to adults with disability in a supported accommodation setting.
• Deliver high-intensity support to customers with complex needs, including PEG feeding, hoisting, manual handling and complex behaviour management.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities and household tasks.
• Support customers to develop independence and participate in community.
• Assist with medication administration and mealtime management per care plans.
• Implement positive behaviour support and adapt to changing needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe, high-quality care.
