Job summary

Young Mindz invites compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including intellectual, physical and psychosocial disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges.

You will support participants with daily routines, personal care and emotional wellbeing, build meaningful relationships, encourage independence, and maintain a safe home environment. Training and certification are paid for to unlock your potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in disability.
• Ability to remain calm, grounded and professional in complex situations.
• Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid and CPR.

About The Role
